Scope

This website provides information about what we offer and lets you send a request for quotation. We sell only to businesses. The website is not an online shop, and no contracts are concluded through it.

Technical requirements

An up-to-date web browser is all you need to use this website. To send a request, you need an email address and an email program or webmail.

Requests and quotes

Sending a request is free of charge and does not oblige you to buy.

We prepare quotes based on the information in the request. A quote is valid for the period stated in it: usually 3 working days, or 24 hours for cables, copper and electronics.

A contract of sale is concluded when KARGIO TRADE confirms the order. Sales are made under the general terms of sale sent together with the quote.

Prohibited activities

You may not send unlawful content or files containing malware through this website.

Complaints about the website

Send comments and complaints about how the website works to sprzedaz@kargiotrade.pl. We reply within 14 days.

Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. We publish any changes to these terms on this website.
