We check availability
With EU distributors, item by item.
We only give a price once the supplier has confirmed availability and price in writing. We do not guess lead times.

You get one quote
One net price including delivery to your address.
The quote is valid for 3 working days, or 24 hours for cables, copper and electronics, because their prices change fastest. We attach our general terms of sale to the quote.

We deliver and invoice
One order, one invoice, one point of contact.
You pay for your first orders in advance against a pro forma invoice. We issue the final invoice after delivery. You make any complaint to us, not to the manufacturer.

Do you quote equivalents?
Only if you allow it. We always show an equivalent as a separate line in the quote, so your technical department can approve it.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within 24–72 hours, because we only give a price once the distributor has confirmed availability. Items available from stock are quoted faster. A quote is valid for 3 working days, or 24 hours for cables, copper and electronics.
Does the price include transport?
Yes. We give one net price including delivery to your address. That is why we need the full delivery address to quote.
How does payment work?
First orders are paid in advance against a pro forma invoice. We order the goods once your payment has been received, and issue the final invoice after delivery.
