A trading company, not a platform.
We buy goods from distributors on our own account and sell them to manufacturing and service companies. One request in, one quote and one invoice out.
What we do
A maintenance department typically orders a dozen or so items from several suppliers: bearings from one wholesaler, bolts from another, sensors from a third. We take that work off its hands. We check availability, confirm prices and lead times, and then sell the lot in a single order, delivered to the address you specify.
What we are responsible for
We are the seller, so we are responsible for the quality of the goods, the delivery date and complaints, however many distributors were involved in the order. We buy goods only within the European Union.
How we work
- We only quote items with a manufacturer's catalogue number or a standard.
- We give a price once the supplier has confirmed availability and price in writing.
- If there is something we can't supply, we say so straight away.
- Automation supports the repetitive work, and a person checks every quote before it is sent.
