One net price including delivery to your address.
The quote is valid for 3 working days, or 24 hours for cables, copper and electronics, because their prices change fastest. We attach our general terms of sale to the quote.

You pay for your first orders in advance against a pro forma invoice. We issue the final invoice after delivery. You make any complaint to us, not to the manufacturer.

Do you quote machine parts?
Yes, if you have the catalogue number from the machine or part manufacturer. We do not quote parts made to drawings or items described only by their appearance.
What about urgent orders?
State the deadline in your request. If the goods are available from a distributor, we will quote a price with the fastest possible delivery. Delivery in under 48 hours costs more than standard delivery.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within 24–72 hours, because we only give a price once the distributor has confirmed availability. Items available from stock are quoted faster. A quote is valid for 3 working days, or 24 hours for cables, copper and electronics.
Does the price include transport?
Yes. We give one net price including delivery to your address. That is why we need the full delivery address to quote.
How does payment work?
First orders are paid in advance against a pro forma invoice. We order the goods once your payment has been received, and issue the final invoice after delivery.
