The quote is valid for 3 working days, or 24 hours for cables, copper and electronics, because their prices change fastest. We attach our general terms of sale to the quote.

You pay for your first orders in advance against a pro forma invoice. We issue the final invoice after delivery. You make any complaint to us, not to the manufacturer.

Why is a quote for cables valid for only 24 hours?
Cable and wire prices follow the price of copper, which changes every day. A shorter validity lets us give a realistic price instead of adding a buffer for fluctuations.
Do you sell consumer electronics or IT equipment?
No. We sell only industrial electrical and automation products. We also do not quote explosion-proof (ATEX) equipment.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within 24–72 hours, because we only give a price once the distributor has confirmed availability. Items available from stock are quoted faster. A quote is valid for 3 working days, or 24 hours for cables, copper and electronics.
Does the price include transport?
Yes. We give one net price including delivery to your address. That is why we need the full delivery address to quote.
How does payment work?
First orders are paid in advance against a pro forma invoice. We order the goods once your payment has been received, and issue the final invoice after delivery.
